If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product back to Iya Skin Care within 30 days from the shipping date. You’ll receive a full refund, less any shipping and handling costs. We offer refund ONLY on full size products.

Please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns on small sample sizes.

Include your packing slip along with the returned product and a written reason for your return. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection, and to ensure we received the items.
